Atmospheric crafted "You Like Energy" as a heartwarming journey down fossil fuel memory lane. We emphasised the emotional connections people have with the conveniences fossil fuels provide.
Execution:
Commercials showcasing individuals in everyday situations enjoying the comforts brought by fossil fuels. In one ad, a family gathered around a gas-powered TV remote, shedding tears of nostalgia. Another featured a couple romantically warming themselves by a coal fireplace, with over-the-top close-ups of their toasty toes.
Results:
"You Like Energy" pulled at heartstrings while sidestepping inconvenient truths. Viewers were left with a warm, fuzzy feeling about fossil fuels and a chuckle over the campaign's sentimental excess.
