Atmospheric uses oil spills to create oil paints for kids in emotional new campaign
In a groundbreaking initiative that combines art with environmental awareness, Atmospheric, the innovative advertising agency led by CEO Jamie Kokot, is thrilled to introduce its poignant new campaign involving kids.
Amid growing concerns about the environmental impact of oil spills, Atmospheric has embarked on a mission to shed light on the significance of addressing such disasters. The agency is actively converting the aftermath of oil spills into oil-based paint for children, demonstrating the transformative power of creative expression.
"We believe that art has the capacity to stir emotions and inspire action," noted Jamie Kolkot, CEO of Atmospheric. Our campaign bridges the divide between catastrophe and creativity, while promoting discussions about the importance of environmental responsibility."
As part of this innovative campaign, Atmospheric has worked closely with experts to safely collect and refine oil from select oil spill sites, ensuring no further harm to the environment. This oil is then processed into non-toxic, child-friendly oil paints, all while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
"Through art, we can channel the collective concern over oil spills into meaningful conversations about the environment," Kolkot added. "We're dedicated to educating the younger generation about the importance of protecting our planet."
Atmospheric's campaign includes a series of compelling advertisements and video content that document the transformation of oil spills into vibrant oil paints. They aim to foster a sense of hope and awareness, inspiring individuals to take action against environmental harm.
Currently the paints will not be available to any children outside of the advert’s film, but that “could change in the future”.
